What if I am not interested in crafting?

We have had many guests who relaxed with a good book, took long walks, were pampered by our spa services, headed out to Saugatuck for wine tasting, etc. Whether you go out and about all day or just stay snuggled up on the porch, that is up to you. We just want to provide a relaxing place for you to come home to!

What if I have a large group of friends and we want to rent the house ourselves?

You can choose from the rental or all-inclusive package, minimum of 12 needed for group price and to insure the house is “closed” to other individual guests.  Options are flexible.  For example, you could rent the house, the choose to have a hostess make dinner Saturday night for a touch of pampering.  Contact us for pricing details.

Why the extra money for the all-inclusive package?

When we say “all-inclusive”, we mean all-inclusive!  All meals, snacks, beverages, and chocolate  is provided.  We offer fans and ear plugs to block out noise, comfy slippers to use during your stay, plush throw blankets, and any other necessity.  We offer turn-down service and freshen up guest’s rooms daily.  One to two hostesses are onsite throughout the weekend to serve meals and help in any way they can.  Spa services are available and the hostesses are available to confirm the schedule.  All-inclusive stays are the true pampering experience!

How did you come up with the price for weekends/ rentals?

Into the Woods researched  the competition and came up with an affordable price.  Most all-inclusive retreats are charging close to 300.00 per person.  Many events locations charge much more for their fee, which often doesn’t include food, or the food prices are high!   ITW enjoys working with crafting consultants and groups and understands that they have to survive in this economy.

Can we “create” our own use for the retreat?

YES!  The retreat’s purpose is for people to “relax, rejuvenate, be refreshed”.  It is the perfect location for so many diverse events!

Into the Woods Retreat opened in October 2008 primarily as a women’s weekend getaway, with the majority of the guests being avid scrapbookers.  ITW pampers guests so well, it has a 95% rebooking rate.  The retreat acquired a lot of interest for other events, and here we are.
