We are located in West Olive, Michigan between Holland and Grand Haven. Our home is located on 10 beautiful, wooded acres. We are two miles from a public beach access on Lake Michigan. Walking and biking trails surround us. The view from all windows is amazing. From the front windows, you can gaze at our pond and waterfall or our wooded surroundings. From the back windows, you can gaze at the Pigeon River as it winds through the woods. So, everywhere you look, beauty and relaxation surround.
Jacquelyn Andretz has been scrapbooking for almost 10 years and currently lives in Saint Johns with her husband and three children, who help to keep her on her toes. She enjoys playing with her three-year-old daughter and one-year-old boy/girl twins every chance she gets.
Jacquelyn is the most excited about the opportunity that this retreat will give to women who deserve a well earned retreat from the hustle and bustle of their everyday lives.
Mercedes Saurbaugh began scrapbooking in college and has been hooked ever since! She enjoys traditional and digital scrapbooking.
Mercedes lives just a few miles from the retreat with her husband, two young sons, and dog. She enjoys spending time with her family, getting together with friends, traveling, scrapbooking, biking, being outside, and trying new recipes.
She is excited that Into the Woods Retreat will be a place for women to spend time on themselves, their friendships, and preserving their memories through crafting.
Jennifer Wiegers has been scrapbooking for the better part of 7 years. Scrapbooking and crafting in general are passions of Jennifer’s.
When she is not working on a scrapbooking or other craft project, you can find her in her flower gardens planning for the next big thing. Jennifer, her husband, Jim, and their cat, Ebony, recently moved to a new home in Holland, which has lots of yard space for all of those flower garden ideas.
